Using the Idragon app you will be able to watch Idragon.

The Idragon app is available on a range of televisions, Idragon devices, mobile devices and more streaming media devices.

  • Open your device's app store to download and install the Idragon app. (Search idragon or idragon VOD in Google Play store or Apple Store)
  • Open the Idragon app.
  • Register your device – select Sign in and Start Watching and enter your Idragon account information. Alternatively select Register on the Idragon website, where you are given a code to enter.

I can't sign in to idragon

If you are unable to sign in to your idragon account, it typically points to an earlier, partially-completed sign up attempt or to some information from an inactive account that is saved on your device. Follow the troubleshooting steps for your device below to resolve the issue.

If you've forgotten or no longer have access to your idragon Mobile/Email or password to reset your account info and regain access to your account.

Verify your email and password

You may have entered the incorrect Mobile/Email address or password, or mistyped your Mobile/Email address or password. Check to make sure that you have entered the correct Mobile/Email and password before trying to sign in again. You may need to select Try Again to verify or update this information. If you still cannot sign in, continue troubleshooting below.

Use your mobile browser to sign in to idragon.com

If you were able to sign in to idragonpro.com on your browser:

  • Ensure you have completed the signup process.
  • Open the idragon app and attempt to sign in again.
    If you were unable to sign in to idragonpro.com on your browser:
  • Verify that your Mobile/Email address was entered correctly.
    If it was not entered correctly, re-enter it and attempt to sign in again.
  • Visit  idragon.com/clearcookies , then open the idragon app and attempt to sign in again.
  • If you were still unable to sign in, continue troubleshooting below.

Idragon is a subscription service that allows you to watch movies and content on your Devices based on the membership packages he chooses, idragon member are automatically charged for the selected plan at the end of the plan charges and more.

How much does Idragon cost?

  • VIP 3 Month Membership (- (899 INR) Watch Unlimited shows and Movies on 2 Devices in SD & HD & High-quality digital sound quality for 3 Months.
  • King Plan (2199 INR) Watch Unlimited shows and Movies on 2 Devices in SD & HD & High-quality Digital sound quality for 1 Year.

How can I pay for Idragon?
Credit Card and Debit Cards

  • We accept local cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners cards. International cards are only accepted for members currently paying with an international card.
  • Cards must be enabled for recurring e-commerce transactions to work with Idragon.

Are there any additional fees associated with the monthly Idragon charge?

Idragon only charges the monthly subscription fee, which may or may not include local tax depending on your location. Some financial institutions add additional transaction fees for foreign transactions. These fees are charged by your bank, so if you have questions, please contact your financial institution.

Managing Your Plan
Where can I see my plan and price?

You can see your plan and price by selecting My Account from the Membership Plan section.

How do I update my payment information?

Sign in to the Idragon website and visit your Account.  Some payment options will direct you to their website to complete the update process.

NOTE: If you are being billed through a billing partner and not directly through Idragon, please visit the third party's website to update your payment information.

Why am I being charged more than I expected? There are a few reasons you may be seeing a charge that was more than you expected.

  • Taxes -Depending on where you live, you may be charged taxes in addition to your membership price. For more information about tax rates and amounts
  • Fees - In some countries, card processors may charge an extra fee for cross-border transactions.
  • Authorizations -If you've added or changed your method of payment, you may see an authorization for roughly the same amount as the cost of the monthly Idragon membership. These requests are not charges, but may temporarily affect your available balance until your financial institution releases the funds.

Why was I charged earlier than expected?

If you’re billing date is scheduled for a date that does not occur in a given month (such as the 31st), you'll be billed on the last day of that month instead.

Why am I seeing multiple charges?

There are a few reasons you may be seeing multiple charges from Idragon

You may have multiple Idragon accounts

If you are seeing multiple charges from Idragon , you or someone with access to your account may have created multiple accounts. This can happen if you use multiple Mobile/Email addresses, or pay for Idragon through your cable or mobile carrier.

Check for and cancel any duplicate accounts.

If you can’t find any duplicate accounts or are billed through your cable or mobile carrier,contact us /Support@idragonpro.com so we can investigate

You may be seeing an authorization

When you sign up for a change your method of payment, Idragon verifies your payment information by submitting an authorization for roughly the same amount as the cost of the monthly Idragon membership.

Idragon does not actually collect this authorization amount, and the authorization will automatically drop off your account. Check with your financial institution to learn when you can expect them to release the funds back to your available balance.

What should I do if I don’t recognize the charges on my account?

Resolving Payment Issues
Why do I see a message that there’s a problem with my payment method?

This message indicates that Idragon was unable to collect a payment because the financial institution rejected the monthly charge. To resolve the issue, sign in to your Idragon account and update or change your payment method. In most cases, this will resolve the issue.

If you're still having trouble updating your account with new payment information, please try a different payment method, or contact your financial institution to ensure your payment information is up to date and supports e-commerce transactions.

Why isn’t my payment method accepted?

Idragon accepts many payment methods. If you’ve confirmed that your payment method is listed under “How can I pay for Idragon?” above, and your payment method is still not being accepted, contact us for further assistance.

What is auto renewing?

Once you subscribe a 3 month VIP plan or King plan for a year , it will automatically renew after the completion of the plan for the same plan category. If you would like to stop auto renewal please contact us/ Support@idragonpro.com

Which Payment Gateway except Payments ?

We have incorporated Razorpay and CCAvenue, as payment gateways, so all the payments accepted by them.

  • Idragon service is supported on most Mobile, Android, iOS Mobile, TV, Laptop, Computer etc. Devices.
  • The Idragon also work’s on android TV Boxes, Fire sticks, Google Chromecast and other’s such third-party Devices, if they are compatible to idragon and using internet. (Same of services and devices are active and same are not, please do regular checking for all rulable devices)
  • Idragon currently does not support’s RoKu or roku devices
  • The information updating year

Watch Idragon on Chromecast

To use Google Chromecast, you need the most recent version of the Idragon app for either iOS or Android.

  • From the Idragon app, select the Cast icon.
  • Select the Chromecast device you wish to use.
    Note: Your iOS or Android device must be connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your Chromecast.
  • Select a title you wish to watch. The title you have selected is shown on the TV that the Chromecast is connected to.

Idragon System Requirements for Computers

Idragon is available via a web browser on a computer running Windows, Mac OS, Chrome OS, or Linux.

Note: Not all Idragon titles support all features. To access Idragon, please ensure that you are running the latest version of one of these web browsers:
