Idragon only charges the monthly subscription fee, which may or may not include local tax depending on your location. Some financial institutions add additional transaction fees for foreign transactions. These fees are charged by your bank, so if you have questions, please contact your financial institution.
You can see your plan and price by selecting My Account from the Membership Plan section.
Sign in to the Idragon website and visit your Account. Some payment options will direct you to their website to complete the update process.

Why am I being charged more than I expected?
There are a few reasons you may be seeing a charge that was more than you expected.

If you are seeing multiple charges from Idragon , you or someone with access to your account may have created multiple accounts. This can happen if you use multiple Mobile/Email addresses, or pay for Idragon through your cable or mobile carrier.
Check for and cancel any duplicate accounts.
If you can’t find any duplicate accounts or are billed through your cable or mobile carrier,contact us /Support@idragonpro.com so we can investigate.
When you sign up for a change your method of payment, Idragon verifies your payment information by submitting an authorization for roughly the same amount as the cost of the monthly Idragon membership.
Idragon does not actually collect this authorization amount, and the authorization will automatically drop off your account. Check with your financial institution to learn when you can expect them to release the funds back to your available balance.

Why do I see a message that there’s a problem with my payment method?
This message indicates that Idragon was unable to collect a payment because the financial institution rejected the monthly charge. To resolve the issue, sign in to your Idragon account and update or change your payment method. In most cases, this will resolve the issue.
If you're still having trouble updating your account with new payment information, please try a different payment method, or contact your financial institution to ensure your payment information is up to date and supports e-commerce transactions.
